Your Storehouse Above

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where

thieves break through and steal.

Matthew 6:19

But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and

where thieves do not break through and steal.

Matthew 6:20

“First of all, I (HS) want you to note the meaning of the Greek word translated treasures in

these two verses refer to a storing place, rather than what is in a storage place. The word heaven refers to the City of God Above, and the word earth means Planet Earth. The

guideline is for you to be more concerned about what you are storing up in the City of God

Above than about the material possessions you are storing up here on Planet Earth. Secondly,

the word translated corrupt means to destroy. Christ stated two examples. Moths can destroy

clothing, and rust is a slow process of destroying some types of material things.

“What you store up in the City of God Above will never be destroyed, but the material

possessions you store up here on Planet Earth will eventually all be destroyed. In the news

reports of the recent Tsunami on Planet Earth, thousands of people experienced being

separated from their material possessions as their possessions were destroyed. The reality is

that the cause may not always be a natural disaster, but all humans living on Planet Earth will

have the experience, most at the time of physical death and some even before, of being

separated from all their material possessions. But, for all who have some treasures stored in the City Of God Above, not all will be lost, for those treasures in the City of God Above will never be destroyed.”

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

1 Timothy 6:7

“This verse is not only about material possessions but also about your human body. Your

physical body was created from your conception in your mother’s womb. At that time (HS)

placed you as a spirit light being into the little microscopic body in your mother’s womb. You

actually had nothing when you came into existence on Planet Earth, and your first possession

was your physical body. If you leave Planet Earth through physical death, you will not take

anything with you, no physical body and no material possessions. Again, the only thing that

could change this matter is if you would be caught up in the Rapture, then you would leave

Planet Earth in a spiritual type body, but no material possession.”

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Matthew 6:21

“The Greek word translated heart in this verse refers to both one’s physical and spiritual

hearts. In this verse (HS) refers to one’s spiritual heart, including one’s intelligence, will, and

character. This verse lets you know some of what will happen to you when, as a spirit light

being, you leave your physical body and all your material possessions in physical death. If you

continue to give first priority to laying up treasures in the City of God Above, at the time of your physical death, you leave all your material possessions, and you will go to the City of God Above. If you begin to give first priority to laying up treasures on Planet Earth, when you leave your physical body and all your possessions in physical death, you will not go to the City of God Above. It is important to keep this truth in mind.”

LAY NOT UP FOR YOURSELVES TREASURES UPON EARTH, WHERE MOTH AND RUST DOTH CORRUPT, AND WHERE THIEVES BREAK THROUGH AND STEAL.

MATTHEW 6:19

But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doeth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through and steal.

Mathew 6:20

This verse also speaks about what one can store up in the storage place of the City of God

Above.”

The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his

calling, and what is the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.

Ephesians 1:18

In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

John 14:2

Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and all the household of God.

Ephesians 2:19

“The word riches in Ephesians means that which is stored in storage. The term his inheritance

in the saints refers to what a Born Again Christian receives and will receive. In John 14, the

term my Father’s house refers to the City of God. Above, notice I did not say heaven, heaven is the planet. The city is on the planet, and the term mansions refers to places to live in the city. In the next verse, the basic meaning of the expression household of God means those who are living and will live in the City of God Above. because you are Born Again Christians, and if you continue to live holy lives, there are two things stored up for you in the City of God Above – (1) a citizenship or right to live in the City of God Above, and (2) a place to live.”

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his glory.

Ephesians 1:7

“When (HS) uses the term his glory, it not only refers to the Person of Our Father but also to

where He lives. The City of God Above is the storehouse of His Glory. No, I want to side-track

here and make an observation.  when you bring your tithes into the storehouse the place

where the word is fed you are bringing it into the glory.  The glory is many things, but it is also

the place of creativity and multiplication.  This is the only place you can get it multiplied.  now,

When you became a Born  Again Christian, some of His Glory came down to you, and your sins were forgiven. If you continue to be a Born Again Christian and follow the example of Christ Your Lord, forgiving those who offend you, not only will that glory continue to increase in your life but if you die before the rapture, there is some of Our Father’s Glory stored up for you in the City of God Above. if you are successful in becoming an overcomer here on earth, then the fullness of his glory you will experience in the city of god above.  What is the fullness of his glory? it is that predetermined amount of his presence that was predestined for us to walk in before the foundation of the world.  that presence is given to us in measures on this earth until we reach maturity or grow up into mature men in Christ. it is also called many other things in the word, bride, overcomer the fullness of him. and Those living in the City of God Above know the full meaning of Our Father forgiving sins and removing the memory of one’s sins from His Mind. Now listen to me: those who are saved who died in Christ and those who have come into his fullness are two different groups of people.  why do you think god keeps us here after we are born again? There is a fulfillment of our purpose, and part of that purpose is to reach maturity.  Paul said when I was a child, I acted as a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things.  there is babyhood, childhood, and adulthood spiritual growth similar to natural growth.

“These three things that is stored up for you in the City of God Above. When you arrive in the

City of God Above, you will receive a great desire to give first priority to worshipping the

godhead, which will remain with you throughout eternity. You will experience greater joy and

peace than you will ever experience while living on Planet Earth. You will not miss any of your

material possessions because what is stored up in the City of God for you is so much greater in meaning than any meaning you are getting from your material possessions while living on

Planet Earth.”
